  • eggs that have been hardboiled
  • Blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries are among the berries in this mix.
  • When time allows, I’ll cut up some more fruit.
  • Tofu that is firm and typically has a teriyaki taste or is described as “savory,” whatever that implies.

  • Whole Foods sells taquitos (the reason for going to TWO grocery stores)
  • Organic frozen peas (I don’t even prepare them.) If your kid doesn’t like heated peas, give him a cup of cold ones.)
  • Whole-fat plain yogurt
  • Aidell’s teriyaki and pineapple meatballs (they keep in the fridge for about a week, so once I open the box, you know what’s for lunch till they’re gone)
  • Whatever it is that we are consuming,
  • Quesadillas with black beans
  • Chicken or seafood in little bits (sometimes he likes, sometimes he chucks on the floor)
  • Guacamole prepared from scratch
  • Crispy kale chips or cooked zucchini (whatever vegetable we’re eating, he’ll try one or more before tossing it on the floor)
  • Amy’s frozen spinach pizza pieces (I cook them in the microwave for Milo and in the toaster oven for myself; Holden tries to eat them frozen since I find it weird). (It’s strange.)
